The software needed is basically a networking monitoring app, that we need to use internally in our sealed project “we are an IT security local company” located in Saudi arabia.
Most of the APP features will be listed in the full document but then here are some needed features :
1. Ability to work like the spy++ software , with a drag and drop functionality to locate a window .
2. The located window with the drag and drop SHOULD have a sticker attached to it, it might be something new never be done before in windows platforms, but i need simply to attach one new small frameless window to any visible windowed application in windows and as we move the main application window we need our frameless window to move along with , to give a look exactly like there is a sticker or something stuck to that window.
3. Websocket communication with the desktop application with the our online APP (a website)
4. The code should be written either with c# or c++.net
5. The UI will have one window separated to multiple tabs each include some functionality , one will be a remote desktop fully functional and should be written with either a free to use or already licensed library or with your code from scratch
6. Most of the other features are not hard to implement , but we will include the full list to the winning bidder
The project will be developed based on Milestones , each done milestone funds will be released directly , best bidder is the one that could be confident about their development skills and give a reasonable budget .
The project might keep going for longer milestones , so as long as the milestones goes payment will be assured .
The UI SHOULD BE implemented with WPF
