For one of my Clients we will need the following development,
an image processing service (on the net) that will get an image
run some search algorithm we define, and return a score(numeric) result
algorithm should identify shapes, and count number of appearance of such, an exact definition of it will be given in PM.
Work will be done in Java or C++ and will be run on a linux machine.
