Advanced Frontend Access Database VBA Coding, BackEnd Detabase Resource Utiliziation, Charting, & Sharepoint Integration

I need someone to advise me on how to enchance my Access database. I'm currently using Access for both the front end and back end and am very proficient with it. I need to speed this up. I've been told switching to a different backend and using Sharepoint is the key. I have a Sharepoint site with my company now, but don't know how to integrate. I also need to display data in high quality charts to track progress of construction projects over time. I need an expert to write code from time to time and offer advice. I'm looking for a long term deal. I'm developing this for a company I work for, but all payment is out-of-pocket for me. I'm a very fair person, but I'm on a tight budget.
