Discord Mass Scraper and DM script

What’s needed:

1. A script that can scrape the members of specific community discord servers. If necessary it would join the server as a user by using a list of user accounts from a database then scrape all members or online members of the community it joined.

2. A script to send DM to all users in a server I join. I want it to use a user token instead of bot token as i am not admin in the server, this is for advertising. So basically it needs to sends 5 DMs and then wait for a minute or so and send to next 5 on the list of members.

It needs to be able to determine who is an admin or bot of the server and not send DMs to those members.

It needs to cycle through a list of servers to join and send DMs to all the members in the server.

All this needs to be able to be done using proxies to avoid accounts from being banned.
