German to English - audio translations

Approximately 20 audios of 3 minute each need to be translated from German to English. The recordings are of one female person on the phone, hence silent gaps are very common throughout (less number of actual words to translate).
The audio was captured with a distance mic hence the translator will probably need to listen to different parts a number of times to understand what is being said. Quality of the audio varies, as the mic is further or closer to the person speaking.
The conversation are of personal nature hence absolute discretion is needed. Output would be a word file with the translation to English.
