I have an existing MicroBlog based Ruby on Rails (4.0) site (using postgreSQL) hosted on Heroku.
The site is not live yet because it requires additional coding.
80% of coding for the site is complete, but I need cleanup coding done to make the site more presentable and professional.
Cleanup includes the following:
1. Modifying some existing functionality
2. Modifying the UI appearance of several pages
I anticipate the changes will take an experienced programmer between 60 and 80 hours to complete.
If quality of work is very good, then I have another phase of work for the same programmer -that requires programming- for same site (with separate budget).
