I’m looking for a specialist in lightweight silo design to work on a project for me. The purpose of the silo is to store Limestone and Quicklime, with a capacity of 100-500 tons. The silo needs to be constructed from steel. The ideal candidate is someone who has a vast amount of experience in lightweight silo design, particularly with experience in using steel. 1 ton multi weave type bulk bag with lifting lugs and a plastic liner for packing quicklime (size 0mm - 3mm and bulk density about 1100) - These bags need to have an inlet spout and bottom discharge spout of about diameter 500mm, and because Quicklime is hydroscopic (easily absorbs moisture) the plastic liner needs to be heat sealed at the bottom before delivery and end user will heat seal the top (inlet spout) after filling to ensure the bag is air tight.

I need blender to overlay the still image onto a quicklime file. *I want to be able to send to the script the name and location of the video and images and have the script load the files into Blenders Video sequence editor. *Apply the add filter to each image layer, and then render out the sequence.
