I need help right now. I need to take all my data from spreadsheets and put into access database. Then take access and convert to csv so I can enter all data into sfdc. This project is for helping me now, today, via remote control on my PC's and helping me get all my data under control. It could turn into a longer term, but my estimate is this will take a few hours. You need to understand MS Access very well, and excell, and it would help if you knew , but not vital.
I am looking for some quick help is some basic hand holding and minor customization of the basic sfdc screens. I have a small insurance agency that I need to track new agents, their training miles stones, and their weekly insurance applications. I do not want these agents to be users or sales reps with their own log in to sfdc. As I hire them, I need to be able to quickly see their current licensing and training progress, then one they are selling, to be able to track a few details from each application they submit. Create executable that can run as a service on Windows 2003 server running Exchange 2003. Application will read/write to Exchange to sync information stored in database. Objects will be events, tasks and contacts for now. New events/tasks/contacts in SFDC written to Exchange, new events/tasks/contacts in Exchange written to SFDC. CHanges in either system (update or delete) should be updated in the other system.
