We own an E-commerce store running on the woocommerce platform. We also pull the orders from our store and api them into an external application called shipstation. Shipstation then sends the correct data back to our cart (tracking number etc...) and then updates the order to completed in shipstation and in our woocommerce store. For some reason Shipstation, after it marks the order sompleted in their application, is unable to update the status in our woocommerce store to "Completed". We believe that the issue in posting the data to our store has to do with one or more of our plugins blocking this from happening. Anyone with shipstation ad woocommerce background can have this fixed in 20 minutes.
