We are seeking proven companies / individuals with skills and experience in the documentation of prefabricated buildings.
We already have design proposals and arrangement drawings for several domestic layout options. These need detail development and ultimately full documentation.
Knowledge and proven experience of working with tight tolerances and prefabrication techniques are essential. Knowledge of building codes and environmental requirements is also essential
Stage 1 will involve detail design development and can be done with hand or CAD drawings. We will provide all the designs and will look for the successful provider to develop a number of detailed options before committing to a final resolution. This process will be broken up into various stages, to be mutually agreed, that will be paid for at certain deliverable milestones.
The final CAD documentation will then be an additional stage - payment amount to be agreed after this first part.
This project involves resolving detailed design issues and the constructability of the solution. Speed and cost of construction are critical factors in resolving the design.
This will be an ongoing series of projects for the right provider.
Examples of similar work must be included with any proposals to be considered - both photographs of completed work and drawings of the documentation.
