website - design and implementation

We are a 3D animation and architecture company, currently looking for a new website - design and operation. The quality of the graphic design and functionality is very important. The site will need to display a series of images (15 to 20) that can be selected or scrolled through and also 2 to 3 animations (30 to 60 seconds each) that can be selected. We will require the following: It will need to incorporate a link for client access to jobs and FTP. Means of logging number of views. We need to be able to update images and animations ourselves. Must run very smoothly and very fast, particularly for loading up images and animations. We have a logo, but will be looking for this to be used to generate a very strong corporate identity within the website. it is important that any bidder is able to direct us to similar sites they have done that are up and running successfully. We will need to update the site perhaps every 6 months so will be using the successful bidder for this ongoing work also - not to be quoted in the first stage. We also have an ongoing need for client websites to be created so are keen to establish a longer term relationship with the right company. Some interactive movement of selection elements (buttons etc) would be preferred. Also, a clever way of scrolling through the images would be preferred. Timing - we would like to review work over the next 2 to 3 weeks. the information for inclusions is immediately available. Then, completion and upload for a fully operating site within a further week. Enclosed are some shots of the type of design we are after - none of these companies are related to us.
