Change to Javascript Slider and Dropdown Menu

I would like two modifications made to a pre-existing website, [url removed, login to view]
1. On the Jquery slider on the home page, I would like the slider to rotate continuously through, rather than stopping on the last slide and "rewinding" to the first. I would like the third slide to go directly into the first. Currently this is not possible with the script.
2. I need to have an easily configurable "mouseover" dropdown menu developed for the menu bar at the top of each page. For example, "Services" would drop down into a few selectable subcategories that would link to the respective pages.
I realize that in order to provide an accurate cost estimate, bidders will need to see the files containing the code and stylesheet. Please let me know if you cannot pull the code directly from the website and I will try to forward the files directly to your email.
