Mobile SIP dialer for Symbian ( Blackberry & iPhone desired )

Looking for a very simple sip dialer for symbian, any ready made work is welcome. I need to see a sample before awarding the project. Open source sip stack can be used, as long as I don't have to publish the code. **Features:** 1- Use username & password to retrieve sip details from server xml(details will be provided). 2- Hardcode host, port, realm,etc. 3- G.729 and G.711 code support 4- Preferred IDEs : MVS, CarbideC++ or eclipse. Need complete instructions for the compilation. **Other desired features:** 1-Compatibility with other platforms like Blackberry, iPhone and Windows Mobile. 2- VPN tunneling support with instructions Include a sample when you bid. The sample should install in my nokia phone, it could be a simple UI to take sip username, password and url. Just a registration will be fine, no need to handle the call in the sample. Good luck !
