Liaison with Party Wall surveyor in the submission of Party Wall notices and subsequent preparation of awards
Coordination of design with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, AV, Fire, Building Control
Provide construction working drawings for both substructure and superstructure
Liaise with the structural engineer to ensure all aspects are fulfilled for building regulations
Liaise with the tanking provider to ensure the basement build method is compatible and compliant with their warranty
Preparation of a full set of detailed design information for submission to the approved Building Control Inspector
Preparation of a full set of detailed general arrangement drawings with input from the consultant team
Preparation of a full set of detailed bathroom, kitchen and joinery drawings with input from the consultant team
Preparation of detailed window and door schedules, including ironmongery specification
Preparation of a full set of detailed electrical layouts with input from an interior designer, AV consultants and Electrical
consultant if appointed.
