Modification of android app

Due to non response by the App designer, for the Android App "MoChashi", I need an expert on the android studio, java, node js and firebase to do some modifications described below:

1. Notification to admin via email / sms, during any activity by any user;

2. Building of Admin Panel of the android app, so necessary actions can be done in desktop, by the admin.

All the above will be done in video calling like anydesk or teamviewer softwares only and no data will be transferred to the designer / expert.

The work need to be completed within 3 hours of finalisation of expert Fee.
