Mobile Physical Count Application that can function on-line and off-line.
The application will run in a WINDOWS CE pda, where the user will add items and quantities, see/edit a list of the items he counted. The operating system is Windows CE platform (not Windows Mobile)
The user will be able to work directly with the desktop mySQL database (through php scripts in the apache web server) ? or work locally with MSSQL CE and then sync his data with the desktop mySQL database (again through php scripts in the apache web server).
The desktop part will have: mySQL, Apache and PHP and the mobile part will have [url removed, login to view] , MSSQL CE. ( The communication between the app and mySQL will be done with net requests and net responds to the php files).
The bidder will make both applications (php scripts, mySQL database and windows ce app, sqlce database)
We have attached some pdf files and also we have and tools that can help you ( eg. we already have developed a library with net requests and responds to the php scripts in vb.net )
