We'll need someone to use our current 10 step SOP & Integrate it our Zoho Automation/Workflow/Blueprints
(We already have Zoho)
1- Integration of our Planner SOP (10 steps) with Automation into Zoho+ Blueprints
2. Integrate our new quickbooks billing to sych and upload our current past invoices to sych with each event (there should only be about 25 of the old [login to view URL] invoicing system)
3. Use Zoho Projects for our event management and automation with clients (email automation and SMS if possible)
4. Add our vendors to Zoho for further automation within workflow (email automation)
5. Each event should have financials that can create a P&L report (profit and loss of each event)
6. Integrate with zoho sign for 2-3 agreements/documents
7. Auto Survey sent-Zoho survey or our own Survey Monkey
8. Setup Round Robin for incoming leads
9. Setup tracking codes so that we know where each lead is coming from, organic, social ads, adwords, snapchat, etc.
10. Give overal consultation on how we can integrate more automation, if we see a value we'll create another job and hire you for that as well.
