I'm looking for a skilled illustrator who specializes in very simple sketches as soon as possible. I am a wine critic and writer. Sometimes I write things like, "this wine has a cherry pie aroma," for instance. Now, I'd like to include a little sketch of a cherry pie, too. Unfortunately, I'm not a sketch artist. The sketches could be of a wide array of subjects, but might primarily be around fruits and little scenes. The sketches need to be very simple and able to shrink down considerably in size and look good. These are for newspaper based wine scores, so maybe shrunk down to 3/4 inch square. The illustrations should be: - In a cartoon style, fitting for a comedy setting. - Featuring a variety of both human and animal characters. The ideal candidate for this project would have a strong skillset in designing engaging and striking character illustrations, with a portfolio including both human and animal characters.
