I commissioned a PHP designer to create a job application cart (basically, it's like a shopping cart where the visitor can apply for jobs) from GetAFreelancer in October 2007. The site runs off a MySQL database. He's done a wonderful job – about 95% complete – but he's dragging his feet and we're now in February 2008 (he originally told me 1 week - even with the amendments I asked him to make – this project has severely overrun past my deadline) and he has not completed the final parts.
