We need to modify our current php nuke based website in detail, the news module need to be modified. It needs to have a selectbox/checkbox while writing news in the admin back end if that particular news item is for everybody or just subscribers on the website. When choosing "just for subscribers" the read more of that article needs to be blocked from "normal" registered users and shown only to our subscribers. If left unchecked the article should be viable to everyone. This needs to affect only "read more" section of the article while the summary on the front page needs to viable by everyone.

I have a mysql dump with almost 1400 articles splited at 7 categories that is taken from an old phpnuke database database and i want to import them to joomla article table according to categories. I run a soccer community site that recently transitioned from a PhPNuke CMS to an ELGG social networking site. I have a clamor for simpler forums and the ability to post anonymously. ELGG has a really good Vanilla Forum integration mod. Vanilla forum has a really good anonymous posting extension with RECAPTCHA security. Your job is to make them fit together. The anonymous posting extension works by associating anonymous posts with a pre-registered guest account. However, since the ELGG integration mod does not contemplate logins directly from Vanilla forums, the two extensions don't really communicate.
