Customize widgets

Looking for a customizable widget that I can offer my user on our website. I want them to be able to add / edit following 1. Color of widget 2. info 3. Video 4. scrolling pictures 5. info box 6. sign up box 7. Round in shape of round corner is fine 2-3-4-5-6 will always be option in widget customer will decide to just remove what section they dont use Very custom project need experianced widget designer
