Data Extraction/Crawler, Spider

I need a an application(Windows all types) built that could open in web browser. It needs to scrap a site and crawl through links and add additional data to complete a .csv file or upload directly into database to maintain unique records. The site contains a membership directory that allows parameters to search from and returns a potential of multiple pages of data that includes first, last, email, company (hyperlink to site), discipline, etc. I want to crawl through company link and find company contact info (address, phone, fax, etc) and place in contact’s respective field in a .csv file or for upload into my db. I am looking for professionals who have done this before and can make a simple app for admin to use and allows for user to adjust search parameter and enter keywords in fields as site allows.
