covert ebay to easypopulate

I have a oscommerce web page that has Modified For Ultimate Images Pack I Need a program to convert a Ebay csv files to a "easy populate" file. The Ebay csv file has 4 - 400 x 533pixel jpgs in "a field called(description) that is html". 1. These jpg's need to be extracted from this field and put into a "easy populate" file for upload. a. The 1st jpg original size goes into v_product_image_lrg 1. 133 x 177pixel for EP v_product_image 2. 200 x 266 for EP v_product_image_med b. The second jpg [login to view URL] size into v_products_image_xl_1 2.200 x 266 into v_products_image_sm_1 c. The third jpg [login to view URL] size into v_products_image_xl_2 2.200 x 266 into v_products_image_sm_2 d. The forth jpg [login to view URL] size into v_products_image_xl_3 2.200 x 266 into v_products_image_sm_3 2. Then at 1 place in "a field called(description) that is html" is a description "" that goes into v_products_description. 3. Title goes into v_products_name_1, v_products_name_2, v_products_name_3 4. 1st picture jpg name is used for v_products_model I will be using this program on a daily basis.
