Classic ASP simple website, but needs a great designer who can use flash well!

hi, I have a project that I need done ASAP, max 1 to 2 weeks complete. The site in classic ASP with about 11 pages, pretty much all are static basic (meaning about 7 of those pages will just be a duplicates of one main template page, like for example about us,policy,etc). There will be a page that will use cdomail to send an email after a client fills out a form. The page information like about us, etc. I will enter that into the html not you, realistically you probably don't even need to know these extra pages cause I can just do them myself. The site will use sql database express, unless there is an even easier database to use. The database will hold a single table with thousands of rows that I can easily through enterprise manager do an initial excel import into for you and work with. After the form is filled out that is mentioned above and the email is sent, it will ask the client what company they are from. Now there will be on this page a text box that they can start typing in there company name. On yahoo if you start typing something like "goo" a drop down for the text box will occur and they can see closest matches. Once one is chosen or written in they push continue to a thank you page with certain text, if there company name is not found, however, they can push continue and it will give them a different thank you message.
