ASP.NET MVC Front-end developer

I am looking for a independent provider (not a company) who is able to work on an ASP.NET MVC project for me. The project is a real estate listing web site. The coder will receive HTML mockup of the screens, the Business logic and data access layer and the database. The job of the coder will be to develop the ASP.NET MVC 2.0 front-end only. I will be working very closely with the developer and guide him in every step of the process. I have attached some screenshots of the web site to be developed and provided below the scope of the project. Please note: **1. I will provide the HTML mockup of all the front-end pages (the screenshots attached are all the front-end pages). The pages for back-end should be developed by you, but they will be simple and don't have to be fancy. ** **2. Your job is to develop the presentation layer only using ASP.NET MVC. The BLL, DAL and database will be provided to you.** **3. I will also need some help if possible to implement the search. It is not mandatory, but will be a plus.** ## Deliverables Project Scope: 1. User registration with captcha integration and email confirmation. Login/logout functionality with password reminder. Login / registration page via. javascript / jquery overlay functionlity Allow logged in users to update profile information. 2. Registered users can upload one or more properties to the system (with one or more pictures associated with individual property). Allow users to manage their own list of properties. 3. Allow web site visitors to search for the properties (quick search as well as an advanced search). Once a listing is available from search, user can see the details of the listing. 4. Google map integration in the listing details page to show the listing on a map. 5. Have the ability to "remember" listing for registered users - through "saved search" functionality. 6. A forum that integrates with site's user account system & site's L&F - will be done via open source forum component by configuring it to use site's user database. 7. A static main page with one flash/silverlight area that loops through 4-5 images. Images should be configurable through an admin panel. 8. An administration panel for the site administrator to manage list of registered users, list of properties and also manage configurable information. 9. Other static pages 10. The design is not part of the scope, but creation of html and css from the photoshop files provided is part of the scope. The creation of the horizontal blue navigation bar is inside the scope. Technology: 1. Asp.net 3.5 with SP1 / 4.0 with IIS 7 or above in windows server 2008 - for asp.net MVC to work seamlessly without any additional configuration. 2. ASP.NET MVC 2.0 as presentation layer - to leverage features like search-engine friendly URL, inbuilt support against scripting attack and design best practices. 3. C# classes as business layer 4. Nhibernate as the data access layer 5. MySQL as back-end database
