API Creation- GotoTraining (Citrix Product) on ASP.net website

I need experince developer who can finalize an API for us, the API will connect a custom website done on .NET 4 and GoToTraining website. Use this API: [login to view URL] Description: Retrieve information on all scheduled trainings. If the organizer does not have any scheduled trainings, the response will be empty. Our API Key: fc4caa9265be8f2574744fda752f5ae2 The Steps in doing the elearning is as follows: There's three main parts of our program. They work together to enable access to an organizers account via the APIs provided. 1. You have to register an application in order to get a Developer API Key. You can do through from [login to view URL] web site under "My Applications" after you login. WE already did and the API is above. 2. Once you have a developer API key you can have an organizer for a meeting, webinar or training go through the Oauth process as defined [login to view URL] 3. The Oauth process returns a access_token and organizer key which you would us to make API calls on behalf of specified organizer. After doing the Oauth, you will get access_token and organizer key which you will pput it in the code to retrieve the getrainings. The Organizer key will be given, if you show us you can really do the job.
