ASP: Web Fetch County Public Records

I own a real estate website and would like to web-fetch data from my county's public records search for properties. I would like to take that data and wrap my websites template around it. Here is an example of EXACTLY what I am looking for, but this example was written in PHP: (Go to portion that says, "Look up property information by owner's name" for the last name, just type "Smith" [login to view URL] The records come up and the links on that page allow you to get more in depth detail about that property owner, again using web-fecth and wrapping around my template.
