COMPLETE WEBSITE - ONLINE DATING & PICTURE RATING COMMUNITY

I am looking for an experienced developer capable of building a comple website that will be able to handle 2500-5000 members online at any given time. You must have previous experience developing similiar websites, with a good understanding of the features that go along with an online community type website. Also, you must be willing to talk over the phone regarding project instructions. I have uploaded a few example screenshots to give you an idea of the detail I put into my instructions. I have an example screenshot for almost every page on the website, with instructions to go along with them. I know EXACTLY what I want this website to do, and I hope to find someone that is capable of building a website that meets/exceeds my expectations. This is not going to be your basic cookie cuttter picture rating site. Before bidding on this project please be sure to view the uploaded example. This should give you a good idea the detail that will be involved with this project. Features: PROFILES: Members of the site will be able to create and mangage pesonal profile pages, displaying personal pictures, a few paragraphs about themselves, etc. VOTING: Each member will be able to upload up to 9 different pictures to be voted on, each picture will be individually scored on a 1-10 voting scale with half votes. The individual picture scores will be combined to give the member an overall score. Thus ranking them amongst the other members based on their overall score. PRIVATE MESSAGES: Members will be able to exchange private messages amongst eachother, with each member having their own onsite message box. COMMENTING: Members will be able to post public comments on other members profiles, having the comments viewable to all site users. CUSTOM FORUMS: I want the site to have forums comparable to the forums found at [login to view URL] SEARCH FEATURE: This will allows any user to search through all the member profiles, using numberous different search criterias, and being able to sort the results. HEAD TO HEAD PICTURE CONTEST: Members will be able to challenge other members in 1 on 1 competitions, going picture against picture. Other members will pick which of the two competing pictures they like best, deciding the winner by how many picks each picture recieves. ADMIN PANEL: The site will have an extensive admin panel, with 3 different levels of control. It will include picture approving, forums moderation, IP tracking, staff response system, etc. OTHER SMALL FEATURES TO BE INCLUDED: members being able to keep journals on their profiles, members being able to take polls from their profiles, automatic email notifications for different account activities, favorites lists, promotional contest, watermarking site name onto pictures, link exchange. The winning developer will recieve all the example screenshots and instructions. I will then need to contact you via phone to go over all the instructions and screenshots. GOOD LUCK!!!
