aspdotnetstorefront customization

We have a webstore based on aspdotnetstorefront. Important: We don't have access to the code and can't modify it. This is the first of a several aspdotnetstorefront customisations. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with an aspdotnetstorefront developer. In this project we want a form to be implemented where the customer only needs to fill his email address. An email with some customized information will be sent to this customer's email address. This has to be done without modying the code.
