C# web app - minify and combine js and css

I need a small web app that will allow me to upload files in to and it will run against them to minify them and combine them to a single file. and then give me a download link it should keep the order of the js as uploaded so we dont mess up the site. I want to use swf upload so we can upload many files at once. After uploaded i want to be able to see a list of the files and then sort them. Id like to use jquery sort here. the sort of the files will dictate how they are combined. for the minification you can integrate with yahoo compressor <[login to view URL]> it can be done by putting a wrapper around the java compressor so .net works with it. This should work with css and js but not at the same time. the output file should have some date time hash type value so each time it runs it makes a new combined file I need well organized code with inline comments for this. ill give you icon. please plan on some very minor ui tweaks.
