asp.net 2.0 proposal writing project

This is a project to write a proposal so that I can bid on a project myself here at my local city. I want the proposal to take into consideration that I am going to be using? asp.net 2.0. Since the proposal should include all the technical details : authentication in asp.net? 2.0, sql server database design, membership...etc, the bidder should have large experience with asp.net 2.0 as well as writing proposals. Please read the description bellow and also the document attached which has all the project requirements. ## Deliverables I need a detailed proposal in terms of number of hours for each specific detail of the project attached. I need the details hours for each specific step through the project from requirements till delivery. Please, Prepare a proposal for this project in terms of hours with all the details: requirements, technical work, analysis, solution design, database design, code design, coding, unit test, changes after first user feedback, other changes...etc Also please take into consideration the fact that the requirements are not clear yet which means you should evaluate the hours for future requests, adjustements and clarifications. I need you also to assess the post delivery changes and how you see them and how they should be negotiatied with the client. That section will talk about any changes or additionnal features that might be asked by the client and that are not been of this initial requirement. Please don't forget the technical detailed parts of the architecture: authentification, admin pages, database design, menus and breadcrumbs, also hours including styling, layout, programming, UI, binding...etc Include hours for future questions, phone calls, conference cals, emails...etc It's very important to give me a proposal which is not generic for all kind of projects. Instead, I want a proposal of the detailed hours to target this specefic project. So please, make sure you read the requirement document of the project which is attached here in word format. It s not long to read. Note that this project is just to prepare a proposal and not for you to do the actual programming itslef. So all I need for now is a proposal and please. However, if I need help for programming the project itself, I will post another project to seek help in programming the project itself. Finally, don't try to cut down on the hours for doing the the prject and don't expand the hours either, since you might not even work on coding the solution itself. Please, just do the detailed proposal in terms of number of hours in an objective way. Take into consideration the programmer is going to be intermediate, not senior. Do a proposal for fair working speed. Please, feel free to send me any questions if you have any. I need someone who has a lot of experience in programming as well as assessing projects.
