ASP Modification Tweak

I paid someone to add a modification to my site and I was never able to get the programmer to finish their work. Below is my original request and the current status of the modification. I need someone to finish the job. Part of my site ([login to view URL]) is a "Service Directory" where related business can list themselves. The site was originally designed with 1 class of Service Directory Listings that either could be free or paid, but I had to pick one, either all listings were paid or all were free. I wanted 2 levels of listings, a Standard listing for free and a Premium listing that would contain more information, would have better placement and would be paid for. My original request was: I would like 2 levels of service directory listings, a Standard listing which would be free and a Premium listing which I would charge for. - The Standard listing would contain the following fields: Business Name, Address, Phone Number and be listed alphabetically by category. - The Premium listing would contain: Business Name (not linked to website), Address, Phone Number, Description, URL (linked to website), email address (opens up the user's email program) and listed by category. Also, the Premium listings should appear at the top of the category list, be listed alphabetically followed by the Standard listings, listed alphabetically. Current Status: On this site I only accept PayPal and the payment mechanism for buying Premium listings is in place and works correctly. You can basically search the Service Directory 2 ways: 1) Browse all Services – here you select one of the categories and all listings under that category are returned. 2 problems here: 1) Premium listings do not appear first and 2) a “Services Description” line shows up on the Standard listing which does not include this feature. 2) Search by Category & State or All States - this method does not return the results the way I want. They are not in the proper order (Premium first) and they are returned in an abbreviated list where all the fields are not displayed. I want the results to be in the same format as the first search method. The input forms for the 2 types of listings Standard ([login to view URL]) and Premium ([login to view URL]) look OK and ask for the correct information. Conclusion: I don’t know anything about ASP or coding, but it seems that a good part of the work is already done and I need someone to finish the job. Let me know if you have any questions.
