ASP Script Repair

I hired someone to move my site to a new hosting provider and they are unable to complete the job leaving 2 outstanding issues. The site is currently on the new server and 95% operational. They said that the 2 problems are caused by moving the site to a newer Windows server and that the scripts need to be tweaked/rewritten and they didn't feel comfortable doing that. I'm not sure what the problem is, one of the scripts did work on the new server when I first accessed the site using a domain alias before I changed the DNS. I'm not sure if changing the DNS would effect anything or if the person moving my site did something to the script without realizing. My site, [login to view URL] is a real estate listing directory where people can list their log homes for sale. The 2 outstanding problems with the site, are both with the listing fuction: 1) The image upload script does not function correctly. When you add a listing to the site you can include pictures of your property for sale. The script lets you go through the process of uploading a picture, but the picture never shows up. I don't know if it actually ever gets uploaded or not. 2) The 2nd issue is with the Featured listing option. The site currently offers 2 types of listings. A Standard listing which is currently free and a Featured listing which you have to pay for and gives you more prominent exposure. I'm not sure if the problem is because it is a Featured listing or because it is a paid listing. I use PayPal for the payments. The payment goes through fine and all the confirmations are received from PayPal, and you can add your listing to the site, but the listing doesn't show up on any of the searches unless you search by that specific listing ID. So the listing is created, but never gets put were it belongs? Sorry, I really can't be more specific, I don't understand what is wrong. It would probably be helpful if you understand the PayPal purchase process to make sure that there is not a problem with that and it would be helpful if you had a PayPal account so you can test the Featured listing function. Let me know if you have any questions. Unfortuately, I don't understand from a technical point what is wrong, I just know from a functional point of view. I can provide some more (not much, but some) specific information to the person that I select and accepts to do the work.
