Development stage small business-to-business website publisher seeks AdSense expert/consultant to advise and consult with publisher for the purpose of maximizing website's existing AdSense advertising revenue. Existing site traffic, and revenue, is derived from daily page views/impressions generated by site's daily news postings. Unregistered, reader audience is global, with more than half of traffic and impressions originating outside of the U.S. Requirements: 1) Evaluate the website's current ad serving pattern for context relevance and answer the following questions: a) Are the ads being served relevant to the audience and the content? b) Is Google geo-targeting the ads being served? Based upon this initial evaluation publisher would then provide account access to AdSense and Analytics report and have freelancer: 2) Evaluate Google Analytic stats for the purpose of evaluating the relationship between existing AdSense revenue and current traffic stats, and answering the questions: a) What is the overall relationship between current traffic and current revenue? b) What accounts for the revenue spikes on certain days? b) What is the maximum revenue potential that can be derived from the existing traffic? c) What other conclusions and insight can be extracted from the site's AdSense and Google Analytics reports for the purpose of maximizing daily AdSense revenue? [Note: AdSense and Analytics stats have been running on the site for about 1 year] 3) Evaluate current settings, channels and configuration of website's existing AdSense program. 4) Based on Evaluation in 1), 2), and 3) above, submit a detailed "Revenue Enhancement" plan for the site's Google AdSense program. 4) Depending upon the results and outcome in 4) above, publisher may choose to conclude agreement and pay freelancer upon submission of Revenue Enhancement plan, or contract out execution of the plan with an additional performance-based agreement.
