AWS Architecture Tweaking

Urgently need an AWS architecture expert to do the following -investigate why site keeps dropping -ensure MY sql is on RDS so we can scale -enable mutltiple availability zones on rds -configure ftp -togglefor capacity-over 60 boot up another, under 20 percent shut down type thing -sort why S3 media files aren't showing in wp admin or site -Backup snapshots need to be configured - wp files every week; database every day …we have so much data that changes I can’t afford to role back over 24 hour period -Elastic load balancer turn on – needs to direct traffic -Set up Cloudfront cache server …cdn – what are we doing here. You mentioned cache issue? -duplicate instance so have one in US east in different region -set up alarms so i know what's triggering things max budget $30
