Android App needed

Hi There, I need an Android App for my client. The working of app is as below. Like google speak, when we will speak to our app, it will convert the voice into text and display it. There will be 2 parts of written sentence. 1. The words which have acronyms, if user click on them, they will show all the possible acronyms and when user will click on any acronym, an explanation of that will display on screen. 2. When clicked on non acronym word, it will open the explanation of that word. All the search will be saved into mobile phone. We need 100% original code and it will be our copyright only. Developer will need to deliver 100% code with documentation. Code should be written in well manner.
