Dear I have a wealth of experience about chat messenger I had ever written some chat projects with video/audio calling. case1: I will make the mobile hybrid app as shown below This project is based on Ionic Framework and Firebase Ionic Framework give us the best hybrid solution and Firebase means the suitable server of it Ionic Framework produce both of android app and ios app. For video call, WebRTC will be used sucessfully I am a hybrid expert case2: I will make the pc app as shown below. - XMPP Server ====> openfire This openfire will give Basic chat Functions Like Skype & yahoo openfire is good chat server - Video Server ====> WebRTCSignalServer I will make video call with WebRTC WebRTC give us the completed protocol for video communication.
