Dear All, i have a requirement for mobile app to be done. project need the following as delivery: 1. API webservice 2. Android App 3. iOS App Hybrid App are required. Website don\'t involve: 1. Payment Gateway 2. SMS API 3. New sing-up What we provide: Database, UI Design (PSD or PNG - whatever required), Live site. SO work is not that much only use existing data from database and maintain the same procedure as on website in App. Remember No NATIVE APP are allowed in proposal. We need only Hybrid App!

I have 2 years of iOS & Android experience, as well as REST APIs (.NET & Node.js). So I could be the man for the job. However, I honestly think the supplied project budget may be a bit low, depending on the amount of data and features required by the App. Can you post a link of the website, as a guideline for what the app is supposed to do?
