android BT reconnection automatically

Write an android BT program I need a program runs on android device (cell phone ); The program will 1) configure and pair a BT device: save MAC and name for next stage. also saves some string given from user – say "123" 2) when program runs , it checks 2 times a second if the BT device configured in (1) is in range and can be paired. If so it pairs and sends "123" string (configure once in (1) 3) 2 second after after sending data – program disconnects 4) the program won't "wait" and consume cell resources but runs in the background 5) if pairing succeeds it notifies via a popup that it paired, and so if disconnected 6) beside (1) no user interaction at all 7) top budget – 50$ ! 8) most important is auto reconnect to BT If you are not sure how to do it or have not done it before don’t give me an offer This is the main purpose of the program and not a demo dialog and connect BT which is standard
