Animation (after effects) help in nyc

I am using After Effects to crate an animation short. I need some help with AE, my knowledge is limited. Ideally you would be in or near NYC so we could meet. Also have an animation background. I was hoping to pay by the hour, and this would be an ongoing job we would be meeting sever times over the next few months.
