An architect or draftsman

I'm using AutoCad, ArchiCad, SketchUp, Artlantis, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. I've mentioned application in which I've experience. Hi, I am a licensed Texas architect, also registered in Israel, with hands on experience in a variety of project types. I also do a lot of work helping other architects, particularly in 3D. I typically draw projects in 3D with SketchUp and make all 2D drawings from a 3D model. I typically charge $30 per hour for this type of work, $60 per hour for work requiring a Texas licensed architect. I have a 2 hour min. per project. Dear Arran33 I am an architectural designer originally from New Zealand, currently living in Perth. I have worked within the industry for around a year, and have completed a Masters of Architecture from the University of Auckland, as well as Bachelors degrees at the same university, and did some work at RTA Studio in Auckland. If you email me the plans/elevations of your existing house I can draft up a few concepts and present them as floor plans and some simple perspective images. As a kiwi, I have a pretty good idea of the house typology you have (am assuming a pretty standard 1950's timber frame villa?)
