Conference software system

**_Development of a web application for managing the administrative tasks of a small academic conference._** This must use php as the server side scripting language and mysql as the database backend. The design and analysis documentation for this sytem are of key importance, UML and ERM diagrams must be fully anotated and explained. All php code must be well commented to aid in understanding and easy modification. This is not a large piece of work and should be completed quite quickly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in ready to run form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All design analysis and documentation to be included and of a high standard. Must be gramatically correct and have a high command of English. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MUST run without flaws on windowss 200 and XP pro. Must use PHP and mySQL (NOT DEVELOPMENT VERSIONS!!) Ideally it will run cross-platform on both windows and *nix machines. Must be tested with all major browsers including mac and lynx. Report the findings.
