I want to join in your project as re-writer , if you take me and give a chance to show how much I can. Answering to your question I want say .... to make a banner visible is not enough but have to strike the psychology of the target group, like a industrial psychologist. It should touch the creativity with the practical or burning problem . Have to set the banners where the target group use to go , and have right in front of there when they come out or get into the car. Like if the target group is student than opposite of library or school is better place to hang the banner.
