Android Vs iOS
Android and iOS, at present are two of the largest operative system for mobile phones/smart phones, tablet computers, iPods, iPads, Smart watches, etc; in the world. They together, have a global market share of more than 95% in this market. While iOS is an Apple Inc created and developed product and is concentrated exclusively towards high end and high budget Apple iPhones, iPads, iPods,iWatches, etc has a market share of around 15% globally; Android’s product range is from low-medium to the high end phones, tablet computers, smart watches, etc; is a Google product and has a market share of more than 80% (obviously due to the high range of products ).
Apple’s iOS, bases on OS X, UNIX struck the markets in mid 2007 on iPhones; and Googles’s Android, based on Linux Kernel came to the market in late 2008 for touch screen mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet computers around the world, used in the products of Samsung, HTC, Nokia, Google, LG, Sony, Motorola, and many others.
Android, which is Linux-based and partly open source, is more PC-like than iOS, in that its interface and basic features are generally more customisable from top to bottom. However, iOS' uniform design elements are sometimes seen as being more user-friendly.
