Create Cartoon Race Car Drawing From Picture

I require 2 x cartoon style images to be produced from 2 separate race car pictures which I will supply to the successful bidder. In total, I require 2 images - 1 from each picture. Each image will need to be supplied in 3 different sizes - small, medium & large. The cartoons must be professional, accurate drawings, but they don't need to be 100% exact copies of the pictures just so I don't run into any issues with copyrights etc. So, for example, the basic colours & design of the car will need to be the same, but I wouldn't want an exact copy of any of the advertising stickers or any other identifying featuresehicle (though I would want something where the advertising, car numbers are etc., just not exactly what's in the picture). The images will need to be provided in .jpg & .png format on white & transparent backgrounds.
