create graphic elements (repost)

I need some graphic elements created for a PPT presentation on file management. These include items like a short strand of DNA, an open file folder (with paper in it) , a file folder, etc. backgrounds must be transparent and finals in psd/jpg. There are fewer than 10 which will be reused. ## Deliverables here are two files one (4 was done by me, the images were grabbed off the web for concept) and (4a was done by an assistant, though better it still lacks the professional (not cartoon) look I want.) I need some additional images ( pictures work better) and some significant improvement in graphics.
