We need to develop utility with the functionality as follows: - receive the phone call and put it on hold - query MS SQL for the list of phone numbers - dial phone numbers from the list, retrieved from MS SQL - receive response - conference call response with original caller on hold. After this tool is developed, we'll need upgrades, maintenance and development. Please submit your best cosr for that utility, hourly rate and resume with contact information.

This is do-able and implementable if you are using Asterisk 1.4/1.6, Trixbox, or Elastix. Which one will you prefer? I will use PHP AGI method for this purpose.

The MSSQL database access step seems strange. This project (as described) should be doable with a modified dial-plan. Even with, an AGI should be able to handle the additional functionality.

Could set this up in a few hours. I have done this before. ISP level asterisk engineer here. In fact I will do it for 200 usd with a 30 usd hourly support rate good for up to 10 hours. EDIT: I can send you some sample dialplan if you pm me. A bit of a "try before you buy". So you can plug it straight into your extensions file and test.

Hi there, I can provide you a asterisk system using phpagi or fastagi which can retrieve the numbers from mysql and call those numbers. I believe you are trying to setup conference using the incoming number and then invite the team members. If you want then i can also provide a web interface for $200 additional where you can configure the numbers in mysql regards,
