Asterisk - web page to link recording to phone extension

I need a web page to access recordings on asterisk server and be able to play them to an extension : - Search box to enter an invoice number and a search button this will search recordings that have specific "invoice number" in their filename. ex: [login to view URL] the recordings will be located on a specific folder - the web page should display all recordings with specific tags "ex: date, filesize, ..." after the search done with results I need another button next to the recording that is "Link to agent" if possible the agent (extension) will be known by the url, ex: http://asterisk/recordings/[login to view URL] then the user needs to call extension 9999 and recordings is played. also if possible to press numbers to rewind x amount of second and forward... recordings are in wav audio format
