Arabic voice over for online cartoons

Looking for voice over talent, preferably child or female voice...or someone who can manipulate their voice in different character. They should have track record of delivering rich and engaging voice-over projects. Need to have a studio or professional audio equipment that delivers crisp, clean and flawless standard Arabic phonemic pronunciation with no local accents. Project is for creating free online lessons that teaches Arabic to preschool children. Audio will be dubbed with flash animation. Requirement include, one phrase instructions. One word recordings. But also lessons that may involve 3-5 sentences conversations. This person should be able to manipulate their voice to deliver clear standard Arabic instructions, but also changes voice as different characters voice (bunny, mouse, owl)..etc In short....It's fun project.
