This seems like a relatively straight forward task. I own several audio enhancement plug-ins that would help improve the recording. (Noise reduction plugins, multiband compressors, several variations of equalizers, etc)

I have over 10 years of experience restoring old recordings like this. My expertise will allow me to remove most of the identified noise, normalize and balance the channels.

I'm going to use Izotope RX 3 Advanced for this task, which is the most accurate software for purposes like this.

I believe that clean audio is good audio. Since you're looking to clean up your track so the speaker can be better heard, I'll remove background noise and use EQ settings to make the voice crisp and clean. Thanks for your consideration and I look forward to working with you on this project.

Hello I am interested in helping with this issue. It sounds as if there is a lot of static with in your recording. Being that this is already recorded we can not remove 100% of the static. But I can however use a noise reduction tool and eq out a lot of this followed by a simple vocal eq with light compression. Please let me know if you are interested in my help. BR, Richard

Trabalho com áudio há cerca de 1 ano e meio e esse áudio enviado pode ter a qualidade atual consideravelmente na voz e o ruído de fundo pode ser retirado sem muita dificuldade. Usarei equalizadores para deixar a voz com um timbre melhor para audição e o ruído de fundo tirarei através de expansores e automação manual. Posso enviar um prévia do material arrumado de alguns segundos de qualquer trecho que desejarem para ánalise. Att, João A. Santana I work with audio about a year and half and this audio can have a big improvent in the voice and the background noise can be removed without great difficulty. I will use equalization to let the voice sounding better for audition and the background noise i will take off the background noise with expanders and manual automation. I can improve the audio, remove the background noise and also make a stereo file (the sample has audio only in the left channel). Also, a can deliver in very little time, of course, depending on the file length.
